DJ Fernando "Nappz" Sanchez is an open-format DJ who is based in both NYC and New Jersey. He is known for sets that seamlessly blend house, hip-hop, reggaeton and Latin heat into one unstoppable groove. Born and raised in Dover, NJ, Nappz grew up surrounded by a fusion of cultures and rhythms, which he brings into every set. Fernando is a bilingual DJ with over 20 years of experience in the Tri-State Area.
Cutting his teeth at basement parties and backyard jams, Fernando earned his rep the hard way: moving real crowds, in real time, with a sharp ear and fearless transitions. His sound is a celebration of movement–smooth one minute, explosive the next. Whether he's flipping a classic into a dance-floor weapon or dropping unexpected edits that hit like originals, his sets tell stories that transcend genres.
